Kickstarter 5th Anniversary Block Party

Kimcheelicious celebrates Kickstarter's 5th birthday along with other crowd-funded project creators. We are proud to have been selected among the hundreds of project that focus on the arts and humanities. There will be music, food, games and more. This party is open to the public... rain or shine. Stop by the Kimcheelicious kiosk for food demonstrations from my ePUB cookbook and kimchee tasting. We have hot Chickpea Ssamjang on rice with pepitas for lunch; you can also buy a jar or two of our fermented vegan goods—Napa cabbage kimchee, fermented Korean radish and Korean chili paste. We’ll be demonstrating how to make kimchee and miso and raffling-off the demonstration jars to a few lucky winners.
